Marvino’s Italian Steakhouse’s Amici & Olema Wine Dinner

Guests are invited to Marvino’s Italian Steakhouse on Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at 7 p.m., for an evening of exceptional food and fine wine. It promises to be a dining experience to remember.

The evening begins with a savory Portobello Mushroom stuffed with bell pepper and creamed spinach, accompanied by sundried tomatoes, marinara sauce, and a red wine reduction. This dish is paired with Olema Pinot Noir from Sonoma County 2022. Next guests will enjoy the Seafood Duo, featuring a scallop and shrimp served over risotto and topped with a beurre blanc sauce, perfectly paired with the Olema Reserve Chardonnay from Sonoma County 2022. 

The Filet Mignon takes center stage for the main course, served with corn relish, asparagus, fingerling potatoes, and a rich red wine reduction. This course is beautifully paired with Amici Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa County 2021. The final course is a Pumpkin Roulade paired with Olema Brut Crémant de Loire.

Marvino’s Italian Steakhouse’s Amici & Olema wine dinner is on Thursday, December 12th, at 7 p.m. for $99 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are required, and space is limited.
