18th Annual Cy-Fair Home and Outdoor Living Show March 22-23

Transform your home and outdoor living space at the 18th Annual Cy-Fair Home and Outdoor Living Show March 22-23 at the Berry Center with special guest appearances and over 100 exhibitors with the latest home improvement products and services on the market.

The Greater Houston Builders Association Remodelers Council is hosting the 16th annual Charity Garage Sale at the show sponsored by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) with brand-new and gently used home products, including appliances, lighting fixtures, cabinets, hardware, ceiling fans, sinks, tiles, select furniture and so much more! Everything is discounted to “garage sale” pricing with all proceeds going to Houston-area charities. 

Proceeds from the annual Garage Sale are used to fund the Remodelers Council’s local charity projects at non-profit organizations, including past renovations at SIRE Therapeutic Equestrian Center, ECHOS Community Center, Jacquelyn House, Open Door Mission, Habitat for Humanity & Sonrise Shelter, Family Time Crisis & Counseling Center, and Casa de Esperanza.

Homeowners will be able to speak one-on-one with home improvement experts with the latest products and services on the market, all under one roof. Meet Houston’s Trusted Home Expert Tom Tynan, of HomeShow Radio and Houston’s #1 Gardening Expert on AM 740 KTRH GardenLine, Skip Richter.

The Spring show has a focus on interior home exhibitors and enjoying your outdoor living space.  Custom Bath and Shower, K2 Bath and Kitchen, Bath Fitter, and EZ Bath Remodel will assist homeowners to renovate with contemporary designs to blend style with function as the bath remodeling experts! Start eating healthier with waterless cookware from Kitchen Craft and then store it on shelves organized with ShelfGenie of Houston.

New landscape exhibitors Texas Landscape Group, Hogue Landscaping, and Texas Urban Elements will join Turf Plus as our landscape exhibitors, displaying ways to remodel Texas style-easy with minimal maintenance.  Buy your trees wholesale at the show from B & A Farms. They will have a selection of trees including live oak, red oak, red maple, water oak, willow oak, American Sycamore, loblolly pine, wax myrtle, crepe myrtle, and cedar elm. Get ready for spring planting. Bring soil samples and photos for the Harris County Master Gardeners to receive answers to your gardening questions one on one at their booth. Purchase plants outside in the parking lot to fund their projects in the community. Add outdoor furniture from American Furniture Warehouse with a high-quality spa by Olympic Pools and Spas.

Permanent Controllable Lighting for both holidays and security will be featured by Astoria Lighting Company, Jellyfish Lighting, and the Aurora Lights. Stop by and learn how they can enhance your home and keep it lit!

New at the show is the Children’s Entrepreneur Market on Sunday, March 23 from 11:00am-4:00pm. This is a trailblazing nonprofit initiative committed to empower children through entrepreneurial experiences offering children an opportunity to try their hand at business. Cassandra Bohne-Linnard (Bohne-L) is returning with her handcrafted and designed artwork from real butterflies. Adorn your home with artwork and clocks from Blue Butterfly Designs.   • Appearance by Home Show Radio Host Tom Tynan. Tom will broadcast from the show from 9:00am Saturday until noon and will answer your questions at the HomeShow Radio Experts Booth noon until 2:00pm.
  • Appearance by Skip Richter, host of GardenLine on KTRH AM 740, Houston’s Gardening Expert. Meet Skip at the presentation Saturday at 12 noon “Spring success with your Lawn and Garden” and then with Q & A from 12:30pm 2:00pm 
  • Cassandra Bohne-L. showcasing her Blue Butterfly Designs with real butterflies preserved in clocks and artwork.
  • Christina Greenfield, Vice President for Malachi’s Message Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to spreading awareness, and providing financial assistance and education to those impacted by mold. She will speak at 2:00pm on the topic of “Building Your Dream Home: Why You Need a Health-Focused Strategy from Day One”.
  • Plant Sale! Shop at the Harris County Master Gardeners Plant Sale for plants, fruit trees, perennials, and items to grow your own spring garden.
  • Hear from Linda Creswell, the organizer expert with ShelfGenie of Greater Houston
