May 24, 2025 – Fajita Fest – Get ready for a sizzling celebration at Fajita Fest 2025 on Saturday, May 24, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Clark Henry Park in Jersey Village. Hosted by the Jersey Village Parks and Recreation Department in partnership with KSBJ, this free, family-friendly event features live music, bounce houses, face painting, local vendor shopping, and, of course, some of Houston’s best fajitas.
