Bridgeland HS tennis players qualify for UIL State Championships

Three Bridgeland High School tennis players advanced to the 2025 UIL Tennis State Championships after qualifying in their respective flights at the Region II-6A tournament April 14-17 at the Waco Regional Tennis and Fitness Center.  

Bridgeland junior Zach Gaudin and freshman Akshaya Vinod qualified in mixed doubles while Bridgeland junior Praneet Tulluri qualified in boys’ singles. The first and second place finishers in each flight advanced to the state tournament, scheduled for May 15-16 at the Northside ISD Tennis Center in San Antonio.
