Three CFISD football teams advance to area playoffs
The Cypress Falls, Cypress Lakes and Cypress Ranch high school football teams won their respective bi-district postseason games and will advance to the area playoffs this week.
In the Division I Region III-6A playoff bracket, Cypress Falls defeated Bellaire, 63-3, on Nov. 14 at Ken Pridgeon Stadium. The Golden Eagles will face Cinco Ranch on Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. at Legacy Stadium (1830 Katyland Drive).
In the Division I Region II-6A playoff bracket, Cypress Ranch defeated Klein, 40-24, on Nov. 14 at Cy-Fair FCU Stadium. The Mustangs will play Grand Oaks on Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. at Tomball ISD Stadium (20235 Cypress Rosehill Road).
In the Division II Region II-6A playoff bracket, Cypress Lakes defeated Magnolia, 21-12, on Nov. 14 at Bulldog Stadium. The Spartans will meet College Park on Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. at Cy-Fair FCU Stadium (8877 Barker Cypress Road).
The Bridgeland High School Bears ended their season as Division I Region II bi-district finalists following a 37-27 loss to Klein Collins on Nov. 14.
The Cy-Fair High School Bobcats ended their season as Division I Region III bi-district finalists following a 35-24 loss to Houston Lamar on Nov. 14.
Tickets for the Cypress Lakes vs. College Park game are $10.50 for adults and $5.50 for students and are available through the links above.
Pre-sale tickets for the Cypress Falls vs. Cinco Ranch game are $8 for adults and $6 for students and $10 on game day. Tickets are available through the links above.
Tickets for the Cypress Ranch vs. Grand Oaks game will be sold through Tomball ISD.
