Celebrating 20 Years of Bridgeland
Since its founding in 2006, Bridgeland has grown into one of the Houston area’s premier master-planned communities, known for its thoughtful design, scenic landscapes, and emphasis on connecting residents with nature.
Throughout Bridgeland, green spaces are located within one-quarter mile of every home, offering residents convenient access to outdoor recreation. An extensive trail system connects neighborhoods to parks, pools, schools, workplaces, shopping destinations, and places of worship, creating a community designed around an active and connected lifestyle.
The October 17 celebration will take place in Creekland Village, a neighborhood inspired by nearby Cypress Creek and the native plants, wildlife, and wetlands that define the surrounding landscape. Nearly 54% of Creekland Village is dedicated to open space, encouraging residents to enjoy the natural environment through outdoor activities, recreation, and relaxation.
Bridgeland’s continued growth and popularity have also earned national recognition. In its 2026 mid-year report, real estate consulting firm RCLCO ranked Bridgeland among the nation’s top 10 best-selling master-planned communities.
Special Homebuyer Incentives During the Anniversary Celebration
As part of its milestone anniversary, Bridgeland is also offering a limited-time incentive for eligible new homebuyers.
Through November 30, 2026, qualifying buyers can receive $5,000 in incentives to apply toward their new home purchase, design center upgrades, or closing costs. Additional incentives may also be available through participating builders.
To qualify, eligible new home purchases must close by March 31, 2027. Additional terms and conditions apply.
