CFISD Health Expo and Fire Fest Returns to Cypress November 14 with Free Family Activities, Health Screenings, and More
The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) and Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to bring the community a day of health, wellness, education, and family-friendly fun at the 2026 CFISD Health Expo, underwritten by Memorial Hermann Cypress. The free community event will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Berry Center in Cypress.
Welcoming approximately 3,500 attendees, this year’s Health Expo promises to be more exciting than ever with the addition of Fire Fest, presented in partnership with the Cy-Fair Fire Department. The expanded event will combine valuable health and wellness resources with interactive experiences, emergency response demonstrations, student performances, and activities for the entire family.
A Free Community Event Focused on Health, Wellness, and Family Fun
The CFISD Health Expo brings together local healthcare providers, businesses, community organizations, and families to promote healthy lifestyles and connect residents with valuable resources available throughout the Cypress-Fairbanks area.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore health and wellness vendor booths, learn about healthcare services, participate in activities, and enjoy entertainment throughout the morning.

- Blood Drive: Give back to the community by donating blood and helping support patients in need.
- Flu Shots and Routine Vaccinations: Walgreens, the official flu shot provider, will offer flu shots and additional routine vaccinations.

New This Year: Fire Fest with the Cy-Fair Fire Department
One of the biggest additions to the 2026 CFISD Health Expo is Fire Fest, presented in partnership with the Cy-Fair Fire Department.
This special addition will bring even more excitement to the event with family-friendly activities and fire demonstrations, giving children and adults an opportunity to learn more about fire safety and emergency response.
Fire Fest adds a hands-on educational component to the Health Expo while highlighting the important work of local firefighters and first responders who serve the Cy-Fair community.

In addition to the day’s activities, attendees will have an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by participating in the event’s blood drive.
