March 22 & 23, 2025 – Transform your home and outdoor living space at the 18th Annual Cy-Fair Home and Outdoor Living Show March 22-23 at the Berry Center with special guest appearances and over 100 exhibitors with the latest home improvement products and services on the market. The Greater Houston Builders Association Remodelers Council is hosting the 16th annual Charity Garage Sale at the show sponsored by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) with brand-new and gently used home products, including appliances, lighting fixtures, cabinets, hardware, ceiling fans, sinks, tiles, select furniture and so much more! March 22, 2025 –Join BODYBAR Pilates for its “Open Bar” celebration on Saturday, March 22 from 8am-1pm to see the new fiercely effective pilates workout coming to Cypress! BODYBAR will be hosting classes all morning long to give you a taste of the workout and studio offerings. Take a class or pop in for a studio tour, check out our retail space or visit with our partners who will be setting up in the studio to celebrate with us all day. The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary on April 11, 12, and 13, 2025! A beloved community event for art lovers, neighbors, and visitors flock to this nationally ranked celebration of fine art, featuring over 200 artists in 12 different mediums like sculpture, painting, photography, jewelry,  ceramics, and more. March 1, 2025 – The Woodlands Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10k – The Woodlands Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10k traverse the streets of Town Center and The Woodlands community, finishing on the scenic The Woodlands Waterway. Friends, family and spectators line the streets at various cheer zones to encourage athletes along the way. Learn More

March 8, 2025 – Cypress Cars & Coffee – (8:00am – 10:00am) Open to the public to visit but show cars are required to register and requested to provide information in advance of the show. Visit their website and submit your vehicle year, make, and model for registration or DM us on FB or IG. Registration is FREE. Show cars are asked to remain parked until at least 930am. Harris County PCT 4 Constable Security will be onsite along with our coffee vendor Baby Bloo Coffee. March 28-30, 2025 – Tomball German Festival – Come and enjoy the family-friendly ambience – Gemütlichkeit – of this unique music/street festival in Old Town Tomball with four stages of live music and an open-air market along with antique shops in the old town area. March 29, 2025 – The 11th Superintendent’s Fun Run is scheduled for March 29 from 8-11:30 a.m. at the Berry Center (8877 Barker Cypress Road) and Towne Lake community. Filled with exciting live entertainment, two course layouts for running or walking, kids’ activities and other family-friendly attractions, the fun run is the largest outdoor fundraising event in the district. Learn More
