Crawfish Cafe partners with Karbach to launch Bites & Brews for football season
Football season just got more flavorful. Crawfish Cafe is partnering with Karbach Brewing Co. to launch Bites & Brews: Tailgate Classics, a monthly pop-up series that combines Monday Night Football with the perfect pairing of Texas craft beer and authentic Viet-Cajun cuisine.
From September through the Super Bowl, the series will travel across five Crawfish Cafe locations, kicking off at the Heights on September 15 and continuing at the Shenandoah-Woodlands location on October 20, with additional dates and locations to be announced soon.
Each event will feature Karbach’s newest offering, Karbach Lager– a Texas-born brew that blends German brewing tradition with local pride. Light to medium-bodied with a crisp, refreshing finish, the lager is crafted with Two Row Aromatic Malt and classic Saaz and Hallertauer Tradition hops, making it the ideal companion for game-day gatherings.
Guests can savor a specially created game-day dish– the Game Day Pack – featuring spicy hot wings, crispy Cajun fries, and corn on the cob, paired with tender potatoes, savory sausages, and a perfectly boiled egg. Everything is drizzled with Crawfish Cafe’s signature Smack Sauce for the winning touchdown of flavor.
The experience goes beyond great food and beer. During Monday Night Football, fans can grab a bucket of Karbach Lager (Crawford, Love Street, or Hopadillo) with six bottles for just $10, or enjoy single beers for only $2– a special discounted price available exclusively on Mondays. All games will be shown on big screens, and the Karbach team will be on-site on designated dates before each kickoff to share details about their new lager, distribute branded swag, and offer complimentary tastings.
