Dario’s Three-Course New Year’s Eve Menu
Dario’s Steakhouse & Seafood will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a refined three-course dining experience priced at $109 per person plus tax and gratuity. The special holiday menu showcases the restaurant’s signature steakhouse cuisine, perfect for an elegant night of celebration.
The evening begins with a choice of first-course selections including Lamb Soup, Lobster Bisque Soup, Shrimp and Raw Oysters, Texas Quail stuffed with spinach and cheeses and served with Parmesan risotto, or a classic Wedge Salad.
For the main course, guests may choose from Classic Filet Mignon Au Poivre Style, Prime Rib with au jus and loaded baked potato, Rack of Lamb with broccolini and mint glaze, Surf and Turf with filet mignon and lobster tail, or Chilean Sea Bass with seafood risotto and mango cognac reduction.
Dessert options include Chocolate Universe, Strawberry Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée, Tres Leches Cake, or Carrot Cake. Shareable sides such as Crabmeat Macaroni and Cheese, Au Gratin Potatoes, Baked Potato, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts are also available.
