Indulge in a Three-Course Tequila & Wine Dinner at Galiana’s in Cypress

Galiana’s Tex Mex & Agave Bar invites guests to an elevated Tex Mex dining experience featuring a thoughtfully curated Three-Course Tequila & Wine menu. This one-night-only event showcases the artistry of premium tequila and fine wine, paired with a chef-created menu designed to highlight bold flavors and combinations.

The evening begins with a Mijenta Tequila Flight, offering guests the opportunity to explore Blanco, Reposado, and Cristalino expressions, each highlighting the unique craftsmanship behind this exceptional tequila.

Guests will next  enjoy the appetizer: an Octopus Taco featuring charred octopus, pineapple relish, hibiscus pickled onions, and chipotle salsa. This vibrant and flavorful dish is paired with a Spicy Cucumber Margarita, crafted with Mijenta Blanco, lime and cucumber juice, agave nectar, and jalapeño for a refreshing yet bold start to the evening.

For the entrée, guests will indulge in a cold-smoked filet served with rich morita chile butter served with  roasted marbled potatoes. This savory dish is perfectly complemented by Domaine les Carmels Les Caprices Merlot from Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux, France, a smooth and structured wine that enhances every bite.

To conclude, the dessert features a Tahini Tres Leches, a milk-soaked sponge cake with roasted sesame cream. This course is paired with a Cristalino Milk Punch, made with Mijenta Cristalino, condensed milk, vanilla, coconut, and cinnamon.

Guests will finish the night with Mijenta Añejo to round out an evening that celebrates both innovation and tradition in every sip and bite.

This exclusive Tequila & Wine Dinner will take place on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, and is priced at $99 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
