Savor a Three-Course Tequila & Wine Dinner at Galiana’s in Cypress
Galiana’s Tex Mex & Agave Bar invites guests to an elevated Three-Course Tequila & Wine Dinner, featuring premium selections from Carabuena Tequila and Kaiken. This thoughtfully curated menu highlights bold, vibrant flavors paired with expertly crafted cocktails and wines.
The evening begins with a refreshing welcome cocktail, the Pineapple Ponzu Blanco, crafted with Carabuena Blanco, fresh pineapple and lime juice, agave nectar, and clarified ponzu cordial.
Next, guests will then enjoy the appetizer course, Pork Belly Poke, featuring avocado, cucumber, soy-lime ponzu, Serrano, sesame, crispy tortillas, pickled red onion, scallion, furikake, charred corn, edamame, and cilantro rice. This dish is paired with the Chamomile Serrano Sunset, made with Carabuena Reposado, chamomile honey syrup, fresh lime juice, dry Curaçao, and Serrano tincture.
The entrée features Filet Mignon con Salsa Negra, a charred chili-glazed filet served with wild mushrooms al ajillo and sweet corn succotash. This rich and savory dish is paired with Kaiken Ultra Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina, a bold and structured wine that complements the depth of the entrée.
To conclude the evening, guests will enjoy a Plátano Waffle, a blue corn waffle topped with caramelized fried sweet plantains, drizzled with sweetened condensed milk and dusted with powdered sugar. This dessert is paired with Ultima Noche, a cocktail crafted with Carabuena Añejo, banana liqueur, maple syrup, cinnamon, and orange bitters.
This exclusive Tequila & Wine Dinner will take place on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, and is priced at $109 per person (plus tax). Guests are encouraged to reserve their seats in advance for this unique culinary experience.
