Ivy Kids Breaks Ground on New Early Education Center in Bridgeland
A new early childhood education center is coming to Bridgeland as Ivy Kids officially celebrated the groundbreaking of its newest location at 21414 N. Bridgeland Lake Parkway.
Neighbors, community leaders, project partners, and future Ivy Kids families gathered to mark the exciting milestone, celebrating the start of construction on a new early learning center that will serve families throughout Bridgeland and the greater Cypress area.
The groundbreaking ceremony brought together several community partners and local leaders, including Jim Carman, President of Howard Hughes – Texas Region, representatives from Harris County Emergency Services District No. 9 and the Cy-Fair Fire Department, James Burnett from the Office of Commissioner Lesley Briones, Precinct 4, members of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce, the Ivy Kids Franchise Corporate team, design and construction partners InvestWell Architects, BGE, Inc., and AlphaBravo Construction, along with project brokers from Colliers. The celebration also welcomed many future Ivy Kids families eager to see the project begin.
The new center reflects Bridgeland’s continued growth as one of the nation’s premier master-planned communities, bringing another family-focused amenity to the area as new residents continue to call Cypress home.
Ivy Kids is known for providing a nurturing, engaging learning environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, and thrive through age-appropriate educational programs that promote academic excellence, character development, and kindergarten readiness.
In a message following the ceremony, Ivy Kids shared that seeing so many smiling faces—”hard hats and all”—served as a reminder of why they’re building the new campus: to create a warm, inspiring place where children can grow and families feel supported. The team looks forward to sharing construction updates in the months ahead and welcoming students through its doors once the center is complete.
