Memorial Hermann Cypress to Host Screening Mammogram Day During Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital is encouraging women to prioritize their breast health with Cypress Mammo Day, a special Screening Mammogram Day taking place Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event will be held at the Memorial Hermann Breast Care Center at Cypress Hospital, located at 27700 Northwest Freeway, Suite 140, Houston, TX 77433, and will provide women with a convenient opportunity to complete their routine screening mammogram.
Early detection can play an important role in breast cancer treatment, making routine screenings an important part of women’s health. In addition to their screening, patients attending Cypress Mammo Day will receive information about breast care and breast cancer awareness, along with an individual swag bag.
What to Bring
Patients should bring a photo ID and insurance card to their appointment and be prepared to provide the date and location of their last mammogram.
An order is not required for a screening mammogram; however, patients must have a healthcare provider who can receive their results. The appointments offered during Cypress Mammo Day are for routine screening mammograms.
Women experiencing symptoms such as a lump, breast pain, nipple thickening or discharge, or changes in the shape or size of their breasts should contact their healthcare provider rather than schedule a routine screening appointment.
Appointments and Parking
Appointments are required for Cypress Mammo Day and can be scheduled through Memorial Hermann’s Cypress mammogram registration page.
Free parking will be available in the surface lots located in front of and behind Medical Plaza 1.
The cost of the mammogram will be billed to the patient’s insurance carrier, and patients may be responsible for a cost share at the time of service.
Cypress Mammo Day will take place Saturday, October 17, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital, offering women in the Cypress community an opportunity to make their breast health a priority during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
