The incentive may be applied toward closing costs, design-center upgrades or the price of the home. Many of our builder partners are also offering incentives that may be stacked on top of the incentive provided by Howard Hughes Communities during the same period. To qualify for the $5,000 incentive, new homes must close by March 31, 2027.
