A Three-Course Maestro Dobel Tequila Dinner Comes to Alicia’s Mexican Grille
Alicia’s Mexican Grille invites guests to an elevated dining experience celebrating the craftsmanship and flavor of Maestro Dobel Tequila. This special evening features a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu paired with handcrafted cocktails designed to highlight the character and complexity behind every pour.
The evening begins with a Welcome Cocktail called the Tahona Paloma, a refreshing blend of fresh grapefruit and lime juice, agave nectar, and sparkling water crafted with Maestro Dobel Tahona Tequila.
Guests will then enjoy the first course, the Gordita Ahogada, a hand-pressed masa gordita layered with spicy chorizo, roasted potatoes, and guajillo chile sauce, paired with the Chile Verde Ahumado, a vibrant cocktail made with Maestro Dobel Humito, fresh lime and pineapple juice, agave nectar, poblano pepper, and cilantro.
For the main course, guests will enjoy the Wood-Grilled Skirt Steak served with avocado chimichurri, zesty confit potatoes, charred broccolini with roasted garlic butter, and blistered lemon. This flavorful entrée is complemented by the Jardin de Agave, crafted with Maestro Dobel Diamante, fresh lime and cucumber juice, agave nectar, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
To conclude the evening, the third course presents Churro Bread Pudding topped with piloncillo caramel, vanilla crema, and smoked sea salt. This decadent dessert is paired with the Noche de Caramelo, a rich cocktail featuring Maestro Dobel Añejo, piloncillo syrup, Licor 43, and aromatic bitters. Guests will also have the opportunity to finish the evening with a pour of Maestro Dobel 50 Cristalino Extra Añejo for a memorable final tasting experience.
This exclusive dining experience will be offered at Alicia’s in Westchase on June 19th, Alicia’s in Katy on June 20th, Alicia’s in Cypress on June 25th, and Alicia’s in Spring on June 27th.
Each location’s Maestro Dobel Tequila Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. and is priced at $95 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are recommended.
