Visit H-E-B at Village Green
Howard Hughes recently announced the first retail and restaurant offerings coming to its 70-acre mixed-use development Village Green at Bridgeland Central – the first of many additions to come to Bridgeland Central – the 925-acre emerging urban district. The list of retailers will offer a varied selection of goods and services including Jonathan’s The Rub, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, Crust Pizza Co., P. Terry’s Burger Stand, Venetian Nail Spa, Teal Poppy, and Gelato & Co. With the expansive growth of Bridgeland and the announcement of these new businesses and services coming to the community, it’s an exciting time for Bridgeland and area residents.
These seven additions are anticipated to open in summer of 2025. Also part of Village Green is the more than 100,000-square-foot H-E-B that opened on October 30 and Houston’s first mass timber office, One Bridgeland Green, slated to open in summer of 2025. Inaugural tents of One Bridgeland Green include CrossCover Insurance, Advanced Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care, Bridgeland’s Welcome Center, and the Bridgeland Howard Hughes team.
