Galiana’s chef-curated three-course Tequila Dinner
Galiana’s Tex Mex & Agave Bar will host an exclusive Tequila Dinner in partnership with Código 1530 on Saturday, October 18th, in Cypress, Texas. Guests will enjoy a chef-curated three-course menu, each thoughtfully paired with premium tequila cocktails crafted with Código 1530. The evening will highlight bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and Galiana’s signature Tex Mex flair for a memorable dining experience.
The night begins with a refreshing Spiced Apple Margarita featuring Código 1530 Blanco as the welcome cocktail. For the first course, a comforting Sweet Corn Tamale with Ancho Chile Cream, Microgreens, and Queso Fresco is paired with a Hibiscus Chili Margarita made with Código 1530 Rosa Blanco. The second course features a tender Filet Mignon with Butternut Squash Purée, Pomegranate Glaze, Grilled Broccolini, Crispy Shallots, and Fresh Thyme, accompanied by a Pomegranate & Thyme Manhattan with Código 1530 Reposado. To end on a sweet and spicy note, the third course presents a decadent Dulce de Leche Custard with Cinnamon-Toasted Pecans and a Hint of Cayenne, paired with a Dulce de Leche Carajillo crafted with Código 1530 Reposado. Guests will conclude the evening with a special tasting of Código 1530 Añejo.
Galiana’s Tequila Dinner takes place on Saturday, October 18th, at 7 p.m. The cost is $115 per person plus tax. Seating is limited.
