Drop by to learn about all the opportunities and support Lone Star College-CyFair has to offer from academic programs and workforce training to Student Life organizations and The Honor’s College at LSC-CyFair. March 5 – April 16, 2026 – “Soft Bloom” Art Show at LSC-CyFair – Experience a moment of reflection and stillness at Lone Star College-CyFair’s Bosque Gallery as artist Hillaree Hamblin presents her upcoming exhibition, “Soft Bloom,” on display March 5 through April 16. Featuring abstract graphite drawings and small installations, the collection honors Hamblin’s deep awe and reverence for the natural world while highlighting the meditative benefits of engaging with organic forms. Through thoughtfully composed works that invite viewers to slow down and observe the beauty in everyday details, “Soft Bloom” encourages guests to pause, reflect, and move through the space at nature’s unhurried pace. March 7, 2026 – MilkShake Factory Grand Opening – MilkShake Factory is making its Houston-area debut with the grand opening of its new Cypress location on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 7040 Elyson Exchange Way, Suite E-100. Visit their website and submit your vehicle year, make, and model for registration or DM us on FB or IG. Registration is FREE. Show cars are asked to remain parked until at least 930am. March 31, 2026 – CFISD Annual Career Fair – Cypress-Fairbanks ISD invites all applicants interested in both professional and support positions to attend the Annual CFISD Career Fair on March 31, 2026, from 4:30–6:30 p.m. (doors open at 3:45 p.m.) at the Berry Center, Entrance Two (8877 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress, TX 77433). This free event offers a valuable opportunity to meet campus administrators and department leaders and learn more about career opportunities within CFISD. Attendees are strongly encouraged to complete an application through the district’s Applicant Tracking System in advance and upload their resume, certification, and transcripts.
