The 2026 Economic Forum is underwritten by Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital and will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn more about important developments taking place at both the state and local levels and how they could impact the future of the Cy-Fair and Northwest Houston communities.

A major focus of this year’s forum will be the economic impact surrounding the upcoming Toro District. Juan Rodriguez, Senior Vice President & Chief Venue Officer of the Houston Texans, will serve as the keynote speaker alongside a partner from Howard Hughes. The keynote discussion will provide updates on the new Toro District project and insight into the vision and progress surrounding the development.

The event will begin with check-in at 10:00 a.m. in the atrium, followed by an expert panel from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. in the theater. The panel will feature area economic leaders discussing topics related to economic development, transportation, healthcare, and growth throughout the region.

Following the panel discussion, attendees will gather in the conference center for lunch and the keynote presentation from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

General admission is $65, and advance registration is required. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses and organizations interested in supporting the event.

The 2026 Economic Forum provides Cy-Fair business owners, professionals, and community leaders an opportunity to hear directly from industry experts, learn about projects shaping the region, and gain insight into the continued growth and economic development of Northwest Houston.
