Verizon, a provider of wireless mobile services, home and business internet, devices, and telecommunications solutions, has signed a 10-year lease with Howard Hughes Communities for a 1,565-square-foot retail space at Village Green. The location will be operated by an established Houston-area franchisee.

The addition of Verizon marks an important milestone for Village Green, with the retail center now fully leased.

Once open, the new Verizon store will provide Bridgeland residents and visitors with a convenient location to shop for smartphones, tablets, accessories, wireless plans, internet services, and other connectivity solutions.

The announcement adds to the continued retail momentum at Bridgeland Central as the emerging mixed-use destination expands its selection of shopping, dining, fitness, beauty, and service businesses.

Recent openings at Village Green include Drybar, JETSET Pilates, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, and Teal Poppy, further expanding the variety of businesses available to residents and visitors.

Colliers represented Howard Hughes Communities in the Verizon lease transaction.

With Village Green reaching full occupancy, the milestone reflects the continued growth of Bridgeland Central and increasing demand for retail and services within the rapidly expanding Bridgeland community.
