Easter Sunday Feast at Dario’s Steakhouse & Seafood
Easter is the perfect time for togetherness with family and friends, and to celebrate new beginnings. On April 20th, Dario’s Steakhouse & Seafood will welcome guests to enjoy a memorable Easter Sunday feast. The thoughtfully crafted menu and warm atmosphere will help foster special moments with loved ones.
Guests will select one Easter menu starter from a multitude of unique, flavorful choices. Starter options include shrimp bisque, ginger carrot soup, a classic wedge salad topped with tomatoes, red onions, scallions, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles, a pork belly confit with apple vanilla marmalade, caramelized apple ravioli, raspberries, arugula, and balsamic glaze, and finally, beef short ribs served with couscouscous, mushrooms, and a creamy sherry sauce.
For the main course, guests will have five delightful options to choose from. First, a filet mignon Oscar style with crabmeat, béarnaise sauce, served with lyonnaise potatoes and asparagus. Second, prime rib with natural au jus, creamy horseradish, and loaded mashed potatoes. Third, a grilled Norwegian salmon with seafood risotto and lemon butter sauce. Fourth, surf and turf lovers can savor filet mignon paired with a lobster tail, served alongside mashed potatoes and asparagus. Finally, a Chilean seabass with crabmeat, mango cognac reduction, mashed potatoes, and green beans rounds out the entrée selections.
For the sweet finale, guests will indulge in rich carrot cake, tangy key lime pie, classic strawberry cheesecake, decadent Mezzanote chocolate cake, or smooth vanilla crème brûlée.
