Houston Methodist Willowbrook Honors Five Medic Teams from Harris County ESD 11 Mobile Healthcare
Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital staff hosted an awards luncheon recently for EMS Week and awarded Harris County ESD 11 Mobile Healthcare (HCESD11) crews with five team recognitions.
ER Hospital staff awarded 2026 Lifesaver Awards to Paramedic in Charge Yazmin Aguirre, Paramedic in Charge Mohammed Edaibes, EMT Lauren Buzbee, Paramedic in Charge Joshua Forest, Shannon Phengsikeo, EMT Meagan Hansen, Paramedic Harlie Sherrouse and Paramedic in Charge Coty Aiken.
Additionally Methodist Hospital awarded HCESD11 medic teams first and second place for “Fastest FMC to Balloon Time”. In Charge Paramedic Karmin Perry and Paramedic Priscilla De la Rosa won second place at 47 minutes. First place went to Paramedic in Charge Hunter Dunn and EMT Mason Maglothin at 42 minutes.
“First medical contact (FMC) to balloon time measures how quickly a patient having a severe heart attack receives emergency life-saving treatment,” says Harris County ESD 11 CEO Jordan Anderson. “We are so proud of our hardworking crews and join Houston Methodist Willowbrook in celebrating the exceptional care these individuals provide our community.”
