Enjoy an evening of friendly competition, prizes, and community spirit — all while supporting CAM’s mission to help local families in need. November 8, 2025 – Cy-Fair Helping Hands’ Festival of Trees – Be a part of the magic of the 2025 Festival of Trees! November 8, 2025 7:00pm – 10:00pm, VIP Hour 6:00pm – 7:00pm. Stroll through the wonderland of trees while you enjoy dinner and dessert, live music, cocktails and mocktails, silent auction, liquor pull, wine pull, and photo ops. November 8 & 9, 2025 – “Little Woodfest” Children’s Festival – The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is transforming into “Little Woodfest” for this year’s Children’s Festival—a family-friendly, kid-sized music festival! Presented by Texas Children’s Hospital – The Woodlands, the two-day event takes place Saturday, November 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, November 9 from Noon to 5 p.m. Tickets, available starting Thursday, August 28, are $10 per person and include all performances and activities. Purchase Tickets

Now – December 12, 2025 – Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Drive – The Cypress Assistance Ministries Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Drive is collecting donations through December 12th to help local families in need this holiday season. Community members, schools, churches, and businesses are encouraged to participate by donating non-perishable food items, holiday meal staples, and grocery gift cards to help ensure every family can celebrate with a warm, nourishing meal. Donations can be dropped off at 12930 Cypress N Houston Rd on Monday–Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday–Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Your generosity helps Cypress Assistance Ministries (CAM) continue its mission of supporting neighbors facing hardship and spreading hope throughout the Cy-Fair community during this season of giving. Now – Nov 8, 2025 –Thanksgiving Food Drive – The Cy-Fair Helping Hands & Faith Church Thanksgiving Food Drive is underway, with donations accepted through November 8, 2025, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Faith Church, 7755 Fairbanks N Houston Rd. As the holiday season approaches, the organizations are working to fulfill their mission of bringing hope to the homeless and hungry in the Cy-Fair community. Local businesses, churches, schools, organizations, and individuals are encouraged to participate by hosting food drives or donating $25–$30 grocery gift cards to help provide a turkey or ham for families in need. Every contribution helps ensure that local families can gather around a full table and share the warmth of Thanksgiving. Learn More

November 13 – 16, 2025 – 45th Annual Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market – The beloved Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market returns for its 45th anniversary from November 13–16, 2025, at NRG Center. November 1-30, 2025 – International Games Month – National Games Day became International Games Day (IGD) in 2012, International Games Week (IGW) in 2017, and finally International Games Month (IGM) in 2022. It has grown to include events on all seven continents. Even today, it is still raising awareness of games and gaming in libraries to publishers and the public. November 3 & 4, 2025 – Clue: High School Edition – The Bridgeland Theatre Company invites the community to an evening of mystery, laughter, and suspense with their production of Clue: High School Edition, taking place Monday, November 3, and Tuesday, November 4. Based on the classic board game and beloved film, this madcap murder-mystery comedy follows six colorful guests — Scarlet, Plum, White, Green, Peacock, and Mustard — as they gather at a secluded mansion on a stormy night. November 5 & 6, 2025 – The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 – The Bridgeland Theatre Company invites the community to a night of intrigue and laughter with their upcoming production of The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, taking the stage Wednesday, November 5, and Thursday, November 6. Written by John Bishop, this satirical “whodunit” spoof delivers a hilarious twist on the classic mystery-thriller genre. Set in a remote mansion filled with secret passageways, suspicious guests, and a mounting body count, the play keeps audiences guessing — and laughing — until the very end. November 8, 2025 –Food Fair Drive-Thru Distribution – Cypress Assistance Ministries, in partnership with the Houston Food Bank, will host a Food Fair Drive-Thru Distribution on Saturday, November 8, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 12930 Cypress N Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429. Community members are invited to drive through and pick up free fresh produce including fruits and vegetables — no zip code restrictions apply. A photo ID is required, and food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. November 8, 2025 – Cypress Cars & Coffee – Oktoberfest – NovemBeemer!!! A tribute to all things BMW!!! (8:00am – 10:00am) Open to the public to visit but show cars are required to register and requested to provide information in advance of the show. Visit their website and submit your vehicle year, make, and model for registration or DM us on FB or IG. Registration is FREE. Show cars are asked to remain parked until at least 930am. November 9, 2025 – Cypress Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids K – The Cypress Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids K, presented by Houston Methodist, takes place on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. as part of the Run Houston Fall Series. Runners of all ages and skill levels are invited to hit the pavement for this fun, family-friendly event featuring a flat and fast course, perfect for setting a personal record. With race distances including a Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids 1K, plus a virtual option for those participating from afar, there’s something for everyone. November 27, 2025 – YMCA Run Thru the Woods – Join The Woodlands Family YMCA for the 36th annual YMCA Run/Walk for a CAUSE! A local Thanksgiving morning tradition, YMCA Run Thru the Woods has supported local non-profits with the goal of strengthening The Woodlands, Spring and Oak Ridge communities for 35 years. The event brings thousands of community members together for entertainment and run/walks designed for all ages. Over the years, more than $3.5 million dollars has been raised. Learn More
