Cy-Fair Chamber Hosts Industry Experts on Economic Development, Transportation & Healthcare
On October 1, 2025, the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Economic Forum at the Berry Center in Cypress.
Underwritten by Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital, the 2025 Economic Forum brought together Chamber members, business professionals, and the community for an opportunity to hear from industry experts about what is happening in economic development, transportation, and healthcare at the state and local level.
The event featured a distinguished panel of leaders:
- Seth Flechsig – Prologis
- Andrew Armour – Winthrop Realty
- Mary Caldwell – Caldwell Companies
- Greg Pompura – JP Morgan Chase

Moderated by Community Impact Houston Metro Publisher Jason Culpepper, panelists shared their expertise on the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping Cypress and the Greater Houston region. Topics included economic growth strategies, infrastructure priorities, evolving regulations, public–private partnerships, workforce development, and long-term outlooks for the next five years and beyond.
Luncheon Keynote: Craig Rhodes, Senior Vice President, Economic Development Greater Houston Partnership, delivered an in-depth presentation on the future of economic development in the Houston region, spotlighting catalytic projects, innovation, and opportunities directly impacting Cy-Fair businesses and residents.
